Replacement Ex p console
For a producer of plastics, eReM has created a new design for a dated Ex p console. The console is situated in the middle of a plant with an ATEX zone 1 classification. With the console, maintenance and adjustment activities can be made to the production process, without having to walk to the control room. First, we created a 3D design in SolidWorks, that was imported in EPLAN in order to extend the electrotechnical design. The advantage of this new panel is that it is more compact, that is has bigger displays and that it is accesible on the front side.
