Test panel chemical process
eReM has completed a multidisciplinary project for a producer of materials and products for the chemical industry. For the purpose of testing a chemical process, we have been asked to design, program, build and commission a special test panel. The panel contains a Siemens PLC with logging functionality. All process parameters during the test phase can be saved in order to create a performance analysis of the process. The control panel will also be installed by us on site. Our engineers have processed all customer information into EPLAN, in order to generate a very compact panel, all of that within 3 weeks! Because of the fast collaboration between our different departments, we managed to finish the project successfully.
