Shortly after eReM Elektrotechnici BV joined the P&V Panels Group, Croonwolter&dros BV Panel Building now also becomes part of the group. All employees and activities of the Croonwolter&dros location in Dordrecht will be integrated within eReM in Zwijndrecht.
Sander van Gool, Sales Director at eReM Elektrotechnici BV, says about the takeover: “In addition to the overlapping activities in the field of industrial automation, with this takeover of the panel building division of Croonwolter&dros we are bringing in specialists in the field of low voltage distribution systems. This allows us to further develop eReM into an all-rounder. In this way we can offer a total solution to the Dutch market from Zwijndrecht: design, construction, installation, maintenance and upgrade of panels. From all possible brands and for all possible sectors.”

Extra expertise and clout
Croonwolter&dros BV is part of construction and engineering company TBI Holdings. Their panel building department is now part of eReM Elektrotechnici BV in Zwijndrecht. “With this, Croonwolter&dros completely divests that specific activity, the 25 employees of the panel builder are taken over by eReM. They will be moving to the location in Zwijndrecht in the near future,” says CEO Joris Vrancken.
“After the acquisition of eReM in November 2021, this acquisition is the next step in the Netherlands.” According to Joris Vrancken, he continues: “With the specialists of the panel building division of Croonwolter&dros, we bring in extra expertise and clout. In the coming months we will work on further optimizing the processes in Zwijndrecht. This way we can realize the growth we have in mind.”
P&V Panels Group continues to grow in the Netherlands
After Bekaert Electric (Kortrijk) in 2019, EBB (Genk) in 2020 and eReM in 2021 (Zwijndrecht), this is the fourth addition to P&V Panels Group in four years. In the meantime, Vrancken continues to look for new opportunities and possibilities in the market. “It is our ambition to gain a foothold in the rest of the Netherlands as well. There are few Dutch peers who can offer our total package in the field of panel building. So the opportunity is there.”
